RWEYOWA is governed by a Board of Directors, an Executive Committee and its staff.

The Executive Director oversees and works hand in hand with the organizational staff.

In turn, the Executive Director is overseen by the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors.

The group works as a team to design, prioritize and implement the organization's interventions. This leads to quick and effective decision making and action.
